Media Expression End of Course Reflection

In this module, I have learned about storyboards, editing, learning to use audio and video equipment, different types of letters, etc.

The areas I did well on was the editing on the team project I did with Brendan and Mark, among other things.

I had no difficulty with what I have learned.

I would like to learn more about video editing as I am still a bit rusty on Premiere.

My next big step is the next module that is going to begin in January.

What have I learned in this outcome:

  • I learned about the storyboards and how they effect the filming process. This will make filming a bit easier for the director to follow the story and to stay consistant with the plot.
  • I learned about the shooting schedule and call sheets that the crew members are givin everyday. It’s like a time table for the actors where they have to be on time for various things.
  • I learned about the running order that is always in effect in radio programmes. This is a time-table for radio presenters but it is more for planning rather then a tra time table.
